These terms apply to everyone who uses foxycode.tech. By opening the website or sending a request, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About the website

The website belongs to the FoxyCode team and presents our services, case studies and team. The information on the website is not a public offer: the scope of work, timing and price are agreed with each client individually and set out in a contract.

2. Requests

  • By sending a request, you confirm that you have provided your own contact details or details you are entitled to share.
  • A request does not oblige either you or us to sign a contract.
  • Do not use the form to send advertising, spam or other people's data without their consent.

3. Website content

The texts, design, logos, graphics, photos and code of the website belong to FoxyCode or are used with their owners' permission. Case studies show our work for clients, and the rights to those products may belong to the clients. You may copy, distribute or use the website content for commercial purposes only with our written consent, except where the law expressly allows it.

4. Acceptable use

When using the website, you must not:

  • try to access closed parts of the website or its data;
  • interfere with the website, overload it with automated requests or send malicious code;
  • use the website for actions that break the law or violate other people's rights.

5. Links to other websites

The website links to third-party services and client websites, such as Telegram, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Upwork and Clutch. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it, and their own rules apply there.

6. Liability

We try to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but we provide the website "as is" and may change its content at any time. We do not guarantee that the website will work without interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses related to using the website or being unable to use it.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the moment it is published on this page, and its date is shown at the top of the document. If you keep using the website after the changes, you accept the new version.

8. Contacts

Send questions about these terms to foxycode.tech@gmail.com.
